  NOTE- Conrad Barkelo lived in New Brunswick,Middlesex Co.,NJ. The location of the Six-Mile Run DR Church has been identified as being just inside Somerset County, in what is now Franklin Park. This bit of trivia should only affect christening locales, not place-of-birth locales. It's easy to assume, because the only record approximating the birth of Barricklows baptising their children at Six-Mile Run DR Church, that their children were born in Franklin Twp.,Somerset Co.,NJ. Descendants researching these lines need to be aware of that potential problem. Unless there are missing church records, a marriage in a church was more likely to be registered in those days than a marriage in someone's home, or even a civil ceremony at times(if court house records have been burned, lost or destroyed by flood.)
