NOTE- The first deed transfer between James Bartlow and James McConnell occurred 23 Apr 1798. The transaction between S.T.(Squire) Bartlow and John Nelson occurred 6 May 1852. It appeared Isaac Bartlow deeded portions of his property to his sons within a reasonably short period. His sons were between age 26-30, suggesting it could've been upon each attaining a level of competency in farming. It may also have had more to do with Isaac Bartlow's age(mid-50's), health and personal motives.
